My Vision for Brookfield Schools
I will strive to ensure our school district is delivering a level of education that will give our children the tools they need to succeed in today's ever changing economy.
I will utilize my financial skills to ensure that our taxpayers' dollars are being spent wisely and that our district is being run in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
I will keep the community well-informed on issues affecting our district.
I will work with other elected officials, including state representatives, township trustees and my fellow board members, in an environment of teamwork and respect, to promote the best interests of our schools and community.

Accomplishments as a Team Member on the Board since April 2008
* Amicably negotiated with the teachers to obtain a 4-year salary freeze.
* Settled 4 lawsuits, putting an end to the waste of over $600,000 of taxpayers' dollars.
* Negotiated with teachers to allow us to pay down, over 4 years and interest free, the back pay owed them.
* Restored morale through a respectful approach to problem solving.
* Assembled a top-notch team of administrators.

* President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers since 2005
* President of the Mahoning/Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council in 2004, and prior to that, Secretary and Treasurer

* Served on Salvation Army Board from 2000 to 2002
